You own the videos you create here — but you're 100% responsible for them.

Don't use copyrighted characters, music, logos, or anything you don't have the rights to. If you get in trouble for what you generate, that's on you, not us.

Don't use this tool to generate anything:

• Harmful or offensive
• Violent, hateful, or sexual
• That impersonates others or spreads misinformation
• That breaks any laws

If you break these rules, we can ban you immediately — no refund.

The videos are generated by AI. Sometimes they mess up or produce weird, inaccurate, or unexpected results. We don't guarantee anything about what comes out. Use at your own risk.

If you break the rules, misuse the tool, or violate these terms — we reserve the right to ban your account and block future access without any refund.

If you create something that gets us into legal trouble, you agree to cover any damage, costs, or legal fees. Basically, don't drag us into your mess.

You must be 13 or older to use this tool. If you're under 18, get a parent or guardian's permission.

You're free to use your generated videos however you want — including for business — as long as you follow copyright laws and don't break these terms.

Parts of this tool rely on third-party services like Stripe for payments and external AI providers. If those services break, change, or go down, we're not responsible.

We might update or remove features, change pricing, or suspend the platform at any time — with or without notice.

We store your prompts and videos to improve the tool and show your history. We won't sell your data. If you want your info deleted, contact us at miles8100@gmail.com.
